Realign your body. Restore your ease.
What is Rolfing® Structural Integration?
Rolfing Structural Integration is a transformative, hands-on approach to improve how your body moves and feels. By working with the body’s connective tissue (fascia), Rolfing aims to unwind stubborn tension patterns, support a more upright, balanced posture, and help you move with greater ease and efficiency. Sessions combine skilled manual work with practical movement education and are designed to create lasting, whole-body changes, whether you’re looking for relief from everyday stiffness, aches, and pains, better athletic performance, or a renewed sense of lightness and resilience.
What draws people to Rolfing Structural Integration?
Chronic pain/discomfort: If you live with chronic pain, tension headaches, or lingering discomfort from an old injury, Rolfing may offer relief. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, Rolfing examines the deeper patterns in the body that may be contributing to how you feel.
Children and Older adults: For children, it may support healthy growth and movement. For older adults, it can help with mobility, ease stiffness, and support greater comfort in everyday life.
Athletes, Performers, and Artists: Athletes, dancers, musicians, and other performers often turn to Rolfing to support easier movement, greater flexibility, and a stronger sense of balance and coordination to reduce the risk of injury.
Who can benefit from Rolfing Structural Integration?
One of the things people love about Rolfing is that it can meet you where you are. People of all ages, backgrounds, and activity levels can benefit from this work. Whether you spend long hours at a desk, move your body every day as an athlete or performer, or want to feel more comfortable and connected in your body, Rolfing can be adapted to support your individual needs.

“Cari is an amazing practitioner and, has such a calming presence that made me feel comfortable and relaxed right away. Her space is also very welcoming, which made me feel immediately at ease. She explained exactly what she was doing and why. I ended up learning a lot about my body and where I hold onto stress, trauma and tightness. Her mixture of gentle movements and firm pressure felt incredible as the areas of my body released the tension. I left feeling lighter with a greater sense of flow. I look forward to my next session!”
